4. Data Backup Policy
DeployNode does not provide automatic backups by default unless explicitly stated in the service plan.

Backup services may be available as a paid add-on.

Once a VPS, hosting account, or dedicated server is terminated, deleted data cannot be recovered.

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all files, databases, and configurations.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice:

Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks

Port scanning or IP scanning tools
-
Brute-force software or automated attack scripts
-
TOR relays or exit nodes
-
IRC bots, abusive IRC servers, or IRC-related abuse
-
Illegal downloads, piracy, warez, or nulled software
-
Hosting copyrighted content without authorization
-
Cryptocurrency mining
-
Spam-related services or mass mailing software
-
Mail bombers or unsolicited bulk email
-
Torrenting or peer-to-peer file sharing
-
Disk I/O abuse or excessive resource consumption
-
Continuous excessive CPU, RAM, or network usage
-
Fraudulent or deceptive websites
-
Phishing, scam, or malware distribution
-
Gambling or lottery websites
-
HYIP, MLM, Ponzi, FOREX scam, or pyramid schemes

Hacker-focused websites or exploit archives
-
Sale of controlled or illegal substances

Streaming copyrighted sporting or media events without authorization
6. Content Restrictions
The following content is strictly prohibited:

DeployNode reserves the right to report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Network Routing & Connectivity
Network connectivity is provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee:

Specific network routes

Latency or throughput
-
Connectivity from all countries, ISPs, or regions
-
Unrestricted access from government-filtered networks
Internet routing depends on upstream providers, peering partners, ISPs, and regional conditions outside our control.
Restrictions, filtering, throttling, or government-imposed blocks shall not be considered service outages or grounds for refunds.
8. Bandwidth Policy

Allocated bandwidth resets at the end of each billing cycle.

Additional bandwidth may be purchased where available.
-
Excessive bandwidth abuse may result in temporary throttling or suspension.
9. VPS & Operating System Policies

Custom ISO mounting may be allowed on eligible VPS plans.
-
Windows Server installations may use evaluation licenses unless otherwise specified.
-
All VPS and dedicated server services are unmanaged unless explicitly stated.
-
Customers are responsible for system administration, security, updates, and software management.
DeployNode does not provide software debugging, server hardening, or application support for unmanaged services.
10. IP Address & Network Accessibility Policy

IP addresses are assigned at DeployNode’s discretion.

Free IP changes are not provided.
-
Additional IP addresses may require justification and approval.
-
We do not guarantee “clean” or reputation-free IP addresses.
-
IP geolocation databases may contain inaccurate or outdated information.
-
Geolocation discrepancies are not grounds for refunds or free IP replacements.
-
Access restrictions imposed by governments, ISPs, or third-party networks are outside our control.
DeployNode is not obligated to replace IP addresses, reroute traffic, or relocate services due to regional restrictions or ISP filtering.
11. Billing & Payments

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate suspension of services.

Unresolved disputes may lead to permanent termination without refund.

DeployNode reserves the right to provide transaction and account information to payment processors during dispute investigations.

Reactivation fees may apply for suspended accounts caused by abuse or violations.
12. Refund Policy
General Refund Terms

Payment processing and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Approved refunds may be subject to 25% deployment or administrative fees.
-
Refund requests are evaluated solely at DeployNode’s discretion.
Eligible Refund Window
DeployNode may offer a limited refund period for selected hosting or VPS services where applicable.
No Refunds Will Be Provided For

Dedicated servers

VPS reseller plans

Domain registrations

License fees or setup fees

Promotional or discounted services
-
Cryptocurrency payments

Bulk orders
-
Annual billing plans

Funds added to account balance

Custom-configured services
Additional conditions:

Refunds are not granted where technical support has already been substantially provided.

ISP restrictions, government filtering, or local connectivity issues do not qualify for refunds.

IP geolocation discrepancies are not valid refund reasons.

Each customer account may be limited to a single refund eligibility.
13. Third-Party Services
DeployNode is not responsible for:

Availability or accessibility of third-party websites or services
-
Errors in third-party geolocation databases
-
Regional restrictions imposed by external providers
-
User mistakes or accidental purchases/orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming service orders before payment.
14. SLA Credits
If monthly uptime falls below the guaranteed service level, eligible customers may request service credits according to the following schedule:

15. Manual Verification
DeployNode may request identity or verification documents for fraud prevention purposes.
Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation or termination of services.
16. Copyright & DMCA Policy
DeployNode complies with applicable copyright laws and responds to valid copyright complaints.
Upon receiving a complaint:

The customer will be notified

The infringing content must be removed immediately

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination
17. Support

Support availability may vary depending on service type and support plan.

Average ticket response times are typically within one business day.
-
DeployNode does not guarantee 24/7 live support unless explicitly stated.
18. Breach of Terms
If you violate these Terms of Service, DeployNode reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including:

Suspension or termination of services

Blocking account or network access
-
Reporting abuse to upstream providers or authorities

Legal action where applicable
19. Limitation of Liability
DeployNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Service interruptions

Data loss

Unauthorized access

Network outages

Third-party failures

Customer misconfiguration or negligence
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
20. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeployNode services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
