Below is break down :

DN-1 :  6 active VPS  =  2% recurring discount.
DN-2 : 12 active VPS =  4% recurring discount .
DN-3 : 24 active VPS =  6% recurring discount .
DN-4 : 36 active VPS =  8% recurring discount.
DN-5 : 60 active VPS =  10% recurring discount.

Once your account is upgraded, you will get discounts on all your active VPS (previous orders also).
